What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number, email address and organisation.
• Your project, production or workshop requirements.
• Files you choose to upload.
• The campaign source and page that brought you to the form.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, assess project fit, prepare quotations, provide requested products or services, follow up on workshop interest, prevent abuse and understand which marketing creates genuine enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers that help us run the website, store enquiries or communicate with you. We may also disclose information when legally required.

Website data

The website stores a pseudonymous visitor ID, session ID and campaign information in your browser. We record limited events such as journey views, meaningful button clicks and form submissions. We do not currently load Meta Pixel or Google Analytics.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the work, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Lead records and uploaded files are kept in access-controlled storage.

Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future contact. Workshop enquiries concerning a child should be submitted by a parent, guardian, school or another responsible adult.
